Hi, a new post is extremely overdue. Enjoy this summer post as we are now in Fall!
These were hard for me to post because there’s so many things I don’t like about my body. But for that reason, I felt like I should post. I was contemplating on listing all the things I didn’t like and make self-deprecating jokes so that if anyone points out a flaw I already dislike, then it would be like, “Well, I already pointed it out.” So in essence, a defense mechanism.
I don’t want to encourage other woman to be critical of their body though. Instead, I want to encourage a healthy mind and healthy body (both of which I’m constantly working on). Grow positive thoughts and love yourself enough to want to nourish your body with healthy foods.
